About Nomad Private Chef

Chef Armin started at Silwood School of Cookery based in Cape Town. Great establishment and learned everything that is required from a professional chef. After that worked in a few high end restaurants, to going on yachts in the Mediterranean.

Then worked as a private chef in Portugal especially in Cascais also Algarve and back in South Africa. Looking at giving guests an exceptional dining experience for any ocassion whether local or international.

Chef's Philosophy

At Nomad Private Chef, the focus is on using the best, freshest produce from trusted suppliers that the region has to offer. Such as Woolworths, Wild Peacock, Artisanal Bakeries, Local Wine farms in Cape Winelands, Local and European Cheeses from Franschoek also nearby. Hosting the perfect dining experience to celebrate and leaving feeling nourished. As a chef the greatest fulfillment is to see my guests enjoying themselves and the food.
